Weekly Recap (3/24-3/28)

This week I wrote a letter to Ms. Kris requesting a scholarship to help pay for my Syracuse credits. Also on Thursday morning, Chris and I created our student survey and distributed 15 out of the 25. Chris is currently working on an excel document calculating the data we received from our survey. We are also working on an excel document recording how many people chose each answer from our survey.

5 Survey Questions

1.) What types of programs do you think would be helpful for a “successful” discharge?

2.) Do the current programs give you confidence in not re offending once you get released?

3.) Do you think these programs would help other inmates too?

4.) Is there any modifications you would make to a current program to make it more efficient?

5.) What are some things you hope to change in the near future? Do you think any rehabilitation programs would have contributed to these changes?

3.1 Difficulty

So, I'm working on 3.1 and I have encountered an issue. I'm having difficulties finding policies our people have been a part of.. any advice?

Recap For March 4-7, 2014

We were supposed to meet with Judge Miller for an interview, but it was rescheduled until next Thursday because he was busy. We did not complete all of Exercise 4 because many of our members were not here this week, and communication is still an issue. Therefore making it was hard to get everything finished or talk to anyone to make a plan to finish it. We will get it into you by Tuesday afternoon as we agreed to today. We have the slides started and would like some guidance on them.
